Educational Activities

Education is a primary focus of NTEA’s outreach to the horsemanship community. Each year NTEA sponsors and/or organizes equine educational programs, demonstrations, schooling days, clinics, speakers and/or workshops. The Year-End Awards Gala is a great time of fun and fellowship. The local eventing community joins hands to recognize our most outstanding youth and adult members.
      • High-Point Competition awards are given for both schooling show and USEA-recognized categories.
      • Outstanding Service (adult) and Outstanding Sportsmanship (youth) awards are presented to special members who give their time and great spirit.
      • We also raise money for our programs through large silent and live auctions.
      • Educational scholarship awards are presented to qualified members based on a competitive application process.
