Dr. Todd Meister Clinic

The North Texas Eventing Association is pleased to present a weekend clinic, June 25/26 for amateurs, trainers, veterinarians and farriers with Dr. Todd Meister, veterinarian and National Team farrier for the 2003 Pan Am Games, as well as the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games in Athens, Beijing and London. Topics will include recognizing and treating common hoof diseases and problems, spotting and mitigating conformation issues both pre and post purchase for long term soundness, shoeing strategies specific to event horses and much more. Saturday session June 25 for amateurs from 2pm - 7:30pm ($20 for NTEA Members  and $40 for non-Members) includes dinner as well as an evening presentation 'It Takes a Village - Sending the Olympic Team on the Road to Rio'. Sunday morning 10am - 1pm session June 26 for trainers, veterinarians and farriers and farriers only session, including hands on demonstrations, from 1:30pm - 4:30 pm is FREE for professionals. The clinic will be held in Bartonville, TX at Gold Chip Stables. To register for an event session, please see below.
